Prison & reintegration
Leaving prison is hard. We visit people in custody, meet them on release and walk with them into housing, work and community life.
From custody to communityWhat we offer
We engage with people in prison and those returning home, working with prisons, probation services and partners to promote rehabilitation, responsibility and successful reintegration.
Mentors offer positive role models, behavioural guidance and spiritual support, while our team helps with the practical steps.
- Visits and pastoral support in custody
- Release-day support and help with the first weeks
- Accommodation guidance and referrals
- Education, training and employment pathways
- Mentoring with someone who keeps showing up

How it works
Get in touch
You, a family member or a probation officer contacts us.
Plan together
We meet, listen and agree what support would help.
Walk alongside
A mentor and our team support you through release and beyond.
Can probation or prison staff refer someone?
Yes. Use our referral form and we'll contact the person with their consent.
Do I have to be religious?
No. Pastoral and spiritual support is offered, never required.
Can you help with housing?
We give accommodation guidance and refer to housing services and partners. We can't guarantee a place, but we'll work hard on it with you.
Need support right now?
Tell us what's happening. A member of our team will get back to you, in confidence.
